12 noon to 1:30 pm at South Shore Elder Services, 159 Bay State
Drive, Braintree, MA.*

receptionist before proceeding to second floor conference room.

Follow I-93 South. Exit 6, "Route 37-Braintree, Holbrook." South

FROM SOUTH (CAPE COD AREA)
Follow Route 3 North to I-93 North. Exit 6, "Route
37-Braintree, Holbrook." South Shore Plaza Exit.

Follow I-95 North to I-93 North. Take Exit 6, "Route 37-Braintree,
Holbrook." South Shore Plaza Exit.

Follow I-95 South to I-93 North. Exit 6, "Route 37-Braintree,

FROM NORTH (I-495 NORTH AREA)
Follow I-495 South, to I-95 North, to I-93 North. Exit 6, "Route
37-Braintree, Holbrook." South Shore Plaza Exit.

FROM SOUTH (I-495 SOUTH AREA)
Follow I-495 North to Route 24 North to I-93 North. Exit 6, "Route
37-Braintree, Holbrook." South Shore Plaza Exit.

** DIRECTIONS to SSES
At bottom of the ramp turn right. Follow Route 37 South for
Approximately 1 mile to the intersection known as "Five Corners".
Firestone will be on your right. Bear to the right onto Granite
Street. Keep Dunkin Donuts on your right and Bertucci's on your
left. Follow Granite Street approximately 1 mile. On the right you
will see ABC Industrial Park. Turn right onto Bay State Drive.
Follow Bay State Drive to the end and straight ahead you will see a
large two-story tan brick building with our South Shore Elder
Services sign located above our main entrance. We are located on the
second floor. The handicap entrance is located to the left of our
main entrance at 163 Bay State Drive.
